"Images should be more than an eye-catcher, they should captivate the viewer and make you think. There is an inseparable connection between thinking, feeling and visual perception."

German Artist, Anja Morisse creates work with digital media that investigates formal and conceptual elements of seeing. Her published book, "Bremen - Living in and with a city", Verlag Hauschild, Bremen presents a collection of her unique artworks.
"I have two passions in photography: realistic photography like reports, portrait, people, documentaries, and industry. In recent years, I have been drawn to fine art photography with my role models being the Expressionists, Surrealists and Mannerists. This form of presentation gives the opportunity, similar to a report, to deal with things and present them in picture form. Images should more than an eye-catcher they should captivate the viewer and make them think. There is an inseparable connection between thinking, feeling and visual perception."
