Anne Garvey is a self-taught artist and has been painting for over 60 years with paintings hanging in various personal collections in Ireland, Italy and the USA. Garvey has had two solo shows in the Copper Museum in Allihies, West Cork and participated in many group shows in Ireland and in London during the 1960s. Anne was primarily with oils on larger canvases. Since retirement, she has been able to dedicate more time to painting.
