After an award-winning international career as a design entrepreneur Architect MSc and Professor of Graphic Design Eklund switched his creative passion entirely into art - his deepest lifelong passion. “I am crazy about creativity. I love challenges. I love overcoming my fears and learning from my mistakes. Creativity is an endless process. Painting is my passion and my endless source of happiness.”
Artist Antti Eklund was born in Finland but has lived and painted in the United States (Baltimore) for the last 14 years. He also has a studio in an 18th-century barn in Finland (Naantali) where he now paints every summer for 5-6 months.
