American Artist and Illustrator, Barbara Pollak-Lewis was born in the 60s and grew up in a small suburban town in New York, raised in a traditional nuclear family. After graduating from the Rhode Island School of Design (BFA in Film/Animation) Pollak-Lewis travelled west to San Francisco where she began a commercial art career as a staff artist and freelance Illustrator.
