Janni Nyby

Danish artist, Janni Nyby's has an active career with national exhibitions in Denmark and internationally. In 2015, Janni exhibited in Spain and Italy and as a result her work really took off. In 2020 she showed work in Paris and New York (postponed) among others. She has a solo show scheduled for January 2021 in a gallery in her hometown. She has exhibited with a number of art associations and organizations and she also operates her own gallery where she displays her colorful nature and landscape abstractions.

"At some point, back in the 90s, a dimension/source opend up in my by chance, which I had not seen coming, as I am academically educated and did not spend much time in the creative universe. But after germinating for a few years, this dimension slowly but powerfully and persistently came to fill more and more in me, and today is completely "dependent" on the painting in the right way."

Janni Nyby is a member of The Board and Advisors in ICSA (International Society of Contemporary Art), based in New York and affiliated with international galleries.
