"They say that art is your bridge to reality. A tool to understand what's happening around you. Sometimes the big questions inspire, sometimes the small ones too. I always combine colour, music and thoughts when I paint and then I let the viewer decide for themselves what matters."
Swedish artist, JeanetteKA is mostly self-taught but has also taken courses with Vlademir Kamendys when he lived in Sweden. She has been painting her entire life, besides working as a musician and vocal teacher. Jeanette has worked a lot in scenographic painting for musical shows and exhibited her art around Sweden, recently getting into juried shows.
Her painting technique is oil on canvas, working with a spatula which results in a more sculptural feeling.
