Judi Forney

"My art has been described as having both surreal and romantic qualities. My goal is to share my personal visions, with the viewers. The beauty of nature is my usual choice of images to capture."

"What you can do or think you can do, begin it. For boldness has magic, power and genius in it." - Johann Wolfgang von Goethe

Sunset at Pescadero - Oil 24 x 36 in.

"My mission has always been to create art that connects to spirit. I have been painting and creating for over thirty years, continuously participating in group shows and have often been featured in galleries from the San Francisco Bay Area to Orland, Red Bluff, and Redding, an area I relocated to after retiring from the S.F. Bay Area. What I'm finding in my new career as an artist, after my final job as a corporate controller, is creativity is something you can pursue your entire life. I hope they won't have to tape brushes on to my hands like they did for Renoir, due to his arthritis but I want a stroke of paint to be my final act in the material world."

Wave Action - Pastel 16 x 20 in.
First Light - Oil 30 x 40 in.
Breaking thru to Spirit - Oil 20 x 24 in.
Stay on the Path - Oil 36 x 36 in.
