"I created my first illustrated story using crayon on manila paper at the age of 5, and have been drawing ever since. My work draws much of its imagery and inspiration from dreams, memories, and emotions.”

Kristina Swarner is an American artist living and working in Chicago. Her practice involves painting, drawing, illustration, watercolor, mixed media and printmaking.
