Maria is an artist that reflects her views of the universe through geometry. She was born in Andalucia, Spain, which was also the birthplace for her passion for geometry hidden in nature.
Maria moved to London in 1998 where she developed her artistic career.
Since 2015 she has been exhibiting in central London and also had a painting projected on the Moon surface in 2015. Winner of British Woman Artist award July 2019 and published in the book Contemporary Art Collectors Japan edition as one of the most investable artists of 2020. Winner of the award "Artist of the Future '' by Contemporary Art Curator Magazine. Winner of "Artistic Excellence Award" by The Circle Foundation of the Arts. Winner of the "Dante Alighieri International Prize'' for the evolution of her career as an artist. In the last month she received the "Art Ambassador International Award '' and "Collector's Vision International Art Award" and "Power of Creativity Award"by Contemporary Art Curator Magazine & Leonardo da Vinci International Prize. As seen in the magazines: House and Garden, Abode2 & World of Interiors in 2020/ 2021. Maria's work has been published in two editions of Spotlight Magazine & Goddesses Art Magazine, Art International Contemporary Magazine, Art Talks Magazine and Revuerevolution Polymath Poetry Review.
She has been included in the books Art Collectors Choice Middle East, Trends in Art-Insights for Collectors and the upcoming book tribute to Homer's Odyssey. Her paintings have been exhibited in London, Milan, Rome, Athens and New York. During December 2020 she had her first solo virtual exhibition and just after a year, December 2021 she hosted her first physical exhibition in central London. Finding muralism and street art fascinating she has been painting in some iconic graffiti places in London. Since January 2022 Maria has become the new Editor in Chief and Artist in Residence For the Polymaths Magazine Revuerevolution, a great achievement for her career.
