Maria Linares Freire is an artist that reflects her views of the universe through fine arts, muralism, photography and digital media. She was born in Andalucia, Spain which was also the birthplace of her passion for geometry hidden in nature.
Maria moved to London in 1998 where she developed her artistic career. Since 2015 she has been exhibiting in central London and also had a painting projected on the Moon surface in 2015. She is the Winner of British Woman Artist award July 2019 and published in the book 'Contemporary Art Collectors' Japan edition as one of the most investable artists of 2020. She is the winner of the award "Artist of the Future" by 'Contemporary Art Curator' Magazine, an "Artistic Excellence Award" by Circle Foundation of the Arts and winner of "Dante Alighieri International Prize" for distinguishing herself with my work over the years of her career as an artist.
As seen in the magazines, 'House and Garden' and 'World of Interiors' in 2020 her paintings have been exhibited in London, Milan, Rome, Athens and New York. During 2021 her market will expand with her inclusion in the book Art Collectors Choice, Middle East.
Linares Freire is a member of the British Woman Artist Association, Circle Foundation of the Arts, The Cult House UK, WOM Collective. Maria's love for geometry and science is the core of her designs, shaping her practice to be the unique art we see today.
