Italian/German artist, Nicola Quici has been based in Rheinfelden since 1992 maintaining his own gallery and art school. He completed his studies at academies in Florence, Basel, Carrara and a subsequent diploma in graphic design at the Darmstadt SGD Academy.

After working as a graphic artist for 20 years, Quici left the industry in 2001. With his figurative motifs, Quici already made a name for himself as an artist, painter and sculptor in the 90s. He is an internationally renowned artist and lecturer, awarded the highest possible title "SUMMA CUM LAUDE" by FI-BK (Research Institute of Fine Arts).

Quici is present at national and international fairs for contemporary art. These include Art-Innsbruck, Art Karlsruhe, Hanse Art, Biennale Florence, Arte Padua, Art Basel Miami, Art Monaco, Montreux Art Gallery, Artupclose USA, Artprice.com, Biennial Austria Wien, Arte Sindelfingen (D), Artbox Projects New York, Hong Kong and more.
