Nataly Kenny

"I am an artist living in London. I was born in Yerevan, Armenia. In 2001, I immigrated to England. After my early retirement, I had more time to spend on my art creation. My preferred style of painting is impressionism, and my favorite mediums are oil, soft pastels, and gouache."

Nataly Kenny is a London-based artist, originally from Yerevan, Armenia. She moved to England in 2001 and took up art more seriously following her early retirement, allowing her more time to dedicate to her craft. Nataly primarily works in oils, favoring the impressionist style, but she also explores acrylics, gouache, and soft pastels in her artwork. Her pieces often focus on the dynamic interplay of light and shadow, with a particular love for painting landscapes, portraits, and figures.

Nataly finds deep joy, harmony, and hope in her artistic process. She draws inspiration from the works of renowned artists such as Monet, Degas, Van Gogh, Sorolla, Sargent, and Zorn, admiring their ability to capture emotion and momentary glimpses of life. Through her art, Nataly aims to offer the same sense of healing to her viewers that she experiences while creating each piece.
