"The vogue of modern wallpapers in the 1950s ousted plain distempered colours. My work using today's unfashionable materials such as Fablon, Flock, Venilia on gesso board with acrylics, is an attempt to combine unbalanced designs into one symbiotic design."

Paul G Emmerson was born in Liverpool and studied Art at Southport Art College. He studied Fashion and Textiles at Liverpool Art College. He has shown work at Panacea Art Gallery London, International Photo Exhibition Oxford, Fountain Gallery Moseley, Chocolate Factory London, Esprit De Vie Westerham, Hollywood Road Gallery London, Affordable Art Fair Battersea, Ladak East Sheen, Hick Gallery London, Wycwood Gallery Oxford.
