“Sharing my gift through a visual artistic expression.”
Philadelphia-based self-taught artist Pauline Okito Brown works with a range of materials, often found in nature with strong industrial accents, to create captivating mixed media art. Charcoal and jewelry making are also part of her artistic repertoire.
Texture is a major inspiration for Pauline Brown, in her often abstract, organic works. Pauline’s paintings range from small-scale pieces but primarily large breathtaking works, full of life, color, and texture. Her creative techniques allow the viewer to experience mixed media art in unlimited variations. Pauline has participated and been featured in fine art shows across the nation and will be taking her work abroad in the near future.
