"Corner gardens, city parks, open prairies, old growth forests, desert canyons, wandering streams, imposing mountains, turbulent rivers, deep oceans, hidden caverns… all of these feed my soul and inspire my art. Pastel has seduced me with the delight of pure pigment, brilliant color."
Cosette Kosiba was born and raised in Chicago and has spent the majority of her years in Illinois, now residing in the state of Florida. She holds a Master's of Art, Gerontology and Bachelor's of Science in Art Education and an Associate's degree in Nursing.
"Art has always been a part of my life. Although there have been a few detours along the way, I've never strayed far from the path. Now I have the pleasure of returning. It feels like coming home."
