Is there a cost?
Yes. Although application is free, accepted artists are required to cover a membership fee of 99€ (ninety-nine euros).
What does the fee include?
The 99€ (ninety-nine euros) membership fee includes the following benefits:

Sales
At Circle, we do not directly handle sales. When buyers "inquire" about your work, we verify their authenticity before forwarding their request to you. We facilitate communication up to the point of sale, after which the artist is responsible for processing payment and arranging shipment of the artwork.
Terms of Representation
Our mission is to promote artists and expand their reach while respecting their independence. Our representation is non-exclusive, giving you the freedom to collaborate with other galleries, both online and offline, and to exhibit your art as you choose.
Your Copyrights
The artist retains full copyright of their images while granting Circle permission to edit and publish their materials, including images and text, on our website and any other projects they choose to participate in.
0% Commission
We do not take a commission on artwork sales, whether they result directly or indirectly from an artist’s publication on our website, magazines, or videos.
Member Discounts
Member artists are granted a 20% discount on all Circle contests and other projects that we independently organize.

What is included in the membership fee?
The fee covers one full year of membership and your artist profile on Circle Arts. Membership also gives you access to artist opportunities, invitations, and projects offered by Circle Arts throughout the year.
Some optional projects, such as magazine publications, exhibitions, digital displays, competitions, or special promotional initiatives, involve separate participation fees. These projects are entirely optional, and artists can decide individually whether they wish to participate.
How many sales do member artists make through Circle Arts?
Member artists regularly receive collector inquiries, commission requests, exhibition invitations, and other professional opportunities through Circle Arts. Many artists have generated sales and built long-term collector relationships through these connections.
However, we do not process transactions, take commissions on sales, or sit between artists and buyers. Once we introduce an interested collector or professional contact, communication takes place directly with the artist. As a result, we do not maintain sales statistics or track the total value of artwork sold through our network.
Can you provide examples of artists who have gained collectors or gallery opportunities?

Because these relationships continue independently between artists and the people they meet through our platform, we do not formally track or publish individual outcomes. The success of each artist depends on many factors, including their work, pricing, availability, and the interests of the collectors and professionals who discover them.
What is the average conversion rate from publication to sales?
We do not calculate conversion rates.
Circle Arts is not an e-commerce platform and does not track purchases, commissions, or private negotiations. Many collectors discover artists through our website and then contact them directly, visit their personal websites, follow them on social media, or continue conversations independently. Because these interactions occur outside our system, meaningful conversion statistics are not available.
Do you track profile views, collector inquiries, or artist engagement?
No.
We are a small, curated organization rather than a large automated marketplace. We focus on presenting a carefully selected group of artists and creating meaningful connections between artists and art professionals.
Our role is to help artists be discovered. What happens after an introduction is often outside our visibility because the relationship continues directly between the artist and the interested party.

Why is Circle Arts different from large art platforms?
Circle Arts is intentionally curated.
We do not allow unlimited artist uploads or maintain a database containing hundreds of thousands of profiles. Every artist is reviewed before acceptance, creating a more focused environment for collectors and art professionals looking to discover new work.
